About Ceremony.
Our new experiment on NE IPA. This time, we decided to emphasize the aroma of Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic hops by adding Moli Hua Cha green tea leaves with jasmine petals. This made it possible to achieve an elegant combination of fruity notes and a subtle floral aroma in the smell, as well as a delicate astringency of green tea in the taste.
