The craft beer revolution of the last decade gave some of us the opportunity to enjoy flavors and sensations unknown until then. Suddenly, beer became a surprising drink, young, dynamic and full of nuances. There was a beer for every moment and a moment for every beer. From those afternoons and evenings with friends, discovering new styles, sharing recommendations and drinks, the germ of Río Azul emerged.
Almost without realizing it, we got on that wave that had come from the United States and we began to flow with it. The beer hobby gave way to the desire to discover the secrets of the drink, its possibilities, the knowledge transmitted after centuries of tradition in countries such as Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic... Then, it was time to accept the challenge and launch a project that would allow us to continue enjoying beer and that would also give us the possibility of sharing our passion with the people of our city and from any corner of the world. The dream became a reality in 2017, when the Río Azul factory began operating. Since then, we have not stopped learning day by day.
