US CRAFTBEER CULTURE AND COURAGE We have 15 years of enthusiasm for US crafbeer in common. The styles and aromas, which were still largely unknown in Europe at the time, but especially the openness and the willingness to take risks and experimentation of the US brewers appealed to us.
Everyone had an exciting story to tell, only a few had chosen the classic path that leads to an industry in Germany. Openness and a willingness to experiment are the focus there, being part of a local social community that gets together over a beer in the taproom.
THE PLAN Created in 2018 with the statement: if not now, when?
Like many US brewers, we have embarked on a fairly classic 'craft beer career path'.After a long time in the world of international corporations and many global impressions, it was time for something new.
From homebrewing to gypsy brewing, from providing family and friends with small beer batches to stepping into the professional beer world.At the end of 2018, the idea first became a plan and then a project. In the meantime we have made the leap and export our beers internationally to 16 different countries.
We are entirely self-funded with no backers and believe in the success of independent brewers, manufacturers and brands, with the support of our customers and distributors.
OUR GOAL Our goal is to remain independent, to brew perfectly handcrafted beers with every brew and to always try out new styles. We want to push the envelope and keep re-launching our most popular beers.
We want to inspire as many people as possible with beers interpreted in a modern way and make these special beer styles from the shadow of traditional German beers accessible to a larger public.
That means: high product quality and honesty, which we both vouch for. We play with funny names and rely on creative marketing with modern design.
